Specific terms for any engagement — including mediation, arbitration, or consulting — will be set out in a separate written agreement between the parties.
1. About SinghADR

Dr. Singh provides services including commercial mediation, family and estate mediation, employment dispute resolution, cross-cultural and cross-border dispute resolution, public policy facilitation, medical and wrongful death mediation, and religious and civil rights dispute resolution.
SinghADR is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website or communicated by Dr. Singh in his capacity as a neutral constitutes legal representation or legal advice. Parties are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel.

3. No Attorney–Client Relationship
Use of this website, submission of an inquiry form, or any preliminary communication with SinghADR does not create an attorney-client relationship, a mediator-party relationship, or any other professional engagement.
No such relationship is established until a written engagement agreement has been signed by all relevant parties.
Information shared through this website prior to a formal engagement is not protected by mediator confidentiality provisions unless and until a confidentiality agreement has been executed. Please exercise discretion in the information you share during initial inquiries.
4. Nature of Dispute Resolution Services
Dr. Singh serves as a neutral third party in mediation, arbitration, and neutral evaluation proceedings. In his role as a neutral, Dr. Singh does not represent the interests of any party. He does not provide legal advice, predict legal outcomes, or guarantee any particular result.
The following principles govern all dispute resolution services provided by SinghADR:
Neutrality
Dr. Singh remains impartial throughout all proceedings. His role is to facilitate communication and assist parties in reaching their own resolution, not to advocate for any side.
Voluntariness
Mediation is a voluntary process. Parties participate of their own free will and may withdraw at any time, subject to the terms of any applicable court order or engagement agreement.
Self-Determination
Parties retain full authority to make their own decisions. No agreement reached in mediation is binding unless voluntarily signed by all parties.
Confidentiality
All mediation communications are confidential in accordance with applicable law and the terms of any confidentiality agreement executed by the parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Arbitration proceedings are governed by the applicable arbitration agreement and relevant rules. Unlike mediation, arbitration may result in a binding decision. Parties considering arbitration should review all applicable rules and consult independent legal counsel.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for SinghADR services are set out in the applicable engagement agreement or retainer letter provided before commencement of services. General fee information may be available upon request.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A retainer or deposit may be required before services commence.
- Fees are typically shared equally between parties in mediation unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation or rescheduling within the applicable notice period may result in cancellation fees.
- Preparation time, travel, and post-session work are billed in accordance with the engagement agreement.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
SinghADR reserves the right to update its fee schedule. Changes will not affect engagements already confirmed in writing.
